All the way back on January 22nd, 2024, Blaze Mordecai had emergency stomach surgery, and that surgery was successful. A second stomach surgery was planned back in 2024, but Blaze Mordecai really wanted to do some concerts in 2024 and 2025. So, the 2nd stomach surgery was pushed back for a year and 8 months. Blaze Mordecai and his surgeon have chosen Monday, September 22nd, 2025, for this 2nd stomach surgery. Blaze Mordecai's last concert prior to the surgery will be on Saturday, September 20th, 2025, at SanaView Farms Winery.
Once the surgery is completed, Blaze Mordecai will then be recovering for 6-8 weeks. He won't be performing any concerts again until Sunday, December 21st, 2025, at Ponfiegh Distillery in Somerset, Pennsylvania.
